Odd Token

Wondering if anyone recognizes this aluminum token? All I can see are Stars and the letters '...AND COIN'. Curious to know what it's for or where it came from.

Dire need of rain here. Need a jack hammer to get 3" down. Hope everybody has a great weekend.

Same here as far as the rain - I haven’t bothered going out for weeks. We’ve had absolutely no rain in northwest Ohio for about 3 weeks, so it’s dry as a bone.
