The unusually high amount of times that you have praised TNS in this thread, and the way in which you do it...as if he was some sort of God, is getting weird and creepy.

Perhaps you should just ask him out on a date and get it over with? At least that way, it might save us from having to read and/or scroll through your love letters to him.

You've showed the uncanny, and almost unbelievable unmasking performance of MW, and I honestly thank you for that. I say "almost unbelievable", because it is indeed, something that needs to be seen to be believed.

Now how about a direct head to head unmasking comparison between the Legend's MW and the D2? :D

That would be great. However, I think mw's unmasking and separation ability only apply to non-ferrous trash, and not ferrous trash. I could be totally wrong about that, because I haven't actually done a field test with that.

The Deus 2 makes the Legend look like a little toy.
Im going to stop shopping for a Legend and start looking at the Deus!

Any idea when that new Minelab will be out??
I might just wait and see what its all about!

Thanks TSS...You saved me a lot of hassle by not fooling around with a Legend.

I just watched your dime / foil unmasking comparison.

You have numerous coin / foil unmasking tests with the Legend on it's own in BW, and numerous videos with the Legend against the Nox with the same test. From what I've seen, those were straight forward tests and comparisons using one box and the targets.

Now suddenly, when you compare the Legend with D2, you have the regular box with the targets, but you added a second box with a penny, started sweeping over and notching with the penny. WTH ????. Then you started notching and using a very high tone break. What the hell was up with that?

I'll be doing the same test on Saturday, with the 11" coil and the 6" coil, because no experienced detectorist would use an 11" coil in a very trashy site. I'll start the test with no notching, and the tone break at 7. I'll do the test again with the tone break at 39, because 40 is the beginning sweet spot tone break for coins, if one is selectively hunting for coins.

Regardless, you had to raise the Legend's coil slightly higher than the D2's before the Legend hit the dime. The fact that either detector could hit the dime at all is very impressive, and the fact that the Legend came close in that test to matching the unmasking ability of a detector 2.5x it's price, is also impressive.

What rock did you crawl out from under? I've been reading your post and I can't figure out if your parents are sleeping and your sneaking a little internet time or just a miserable person looking for something to gripe about? I have yet to see one post out of the 5 you've posted in 12 years that contribute anything to the hobbie. And stop swinging on TN nuts, he's too old for groupies.:laughing:

Notice how yet again, TNS completely ignored my legitimate points and legitimate constructive criticism about that laughably bizarre Legend vs D2 foil / dime comparison.

A few others were correct when they stated similar sentiments as GEO has. Jmaclen was also right for walking away from this thread.

I'm not even going to watch the iron unmasking video, nor anymore of his videos. I'm no longer going to post in this shill thread.

All detectors are not equals.
Just like a lot of other things manufactured.

Those last 2 videos posted here only done because a member here requested. Otherwise I wouldn’t have done. And hence the links to those videos wouldn’t have been posted in this thread. Guess I wasted my time. Oh well. Won’t happen again.

Guess I need some pixie dust so I can make a detector do something it otherwise won’t do. :lol::lol::lol::lol:
