Deus 2 on the beach?

Well,
Deus 2 depth on US nickel in wet salt sand video coming here soon, very soon.
Impressive.
11” coil used I think.

I’ll post link here when available.

I maybe wrong but Andy S did one and it was 12 inch's but he said he lifted the coil up and it still got it at 14. Which would put it right there with the excalibur. be interesting to see how consistent that number is with different locations.

We’ll wait for video. This video shows 14” deep nickel I believe. And maybe even a 16” deep nickel.
And the ID given may be talked about.

In the very wet sand the Nox hits a nickel 12”….. but the reading can change to iron. You are better than me Joe… my guess is my Xcal I’d get one at that same depth. But I’m sure once it’s out we will start getting some real measurements. Well hopefully they are real cause that’s a nice price tag

Price tag?
Seems to me if I can sweep Deus 2 around in the salt water, and only accept gold ring range, and have 5 year warranty. Sounds cheap to me.
Last time i checked they don’t give Tarsaccis away.
Plus one has a very good land machine to boot.

Who wants to dog those big fishing weights and clad coins? Wasting their time.
Yeah silver jewelry could be missed.
But the money is with the gold rings.

Sounds like a more efficient good ringer finder to me on wet salt sand and in the water.

Here’s video.
Deus 2 depth tested on beach. Deep nickel.

Super impressive.
Cool video. But I am always the skeptical one. Would have been nice to actually see him bury the nickel and then dig it up , maybe even show the vdi # as well. Otherwise we got to take his word for it. Even way better , why not bury an actual gold ring ? I also don't know about the salinity and mineralization on that beach. I just know it looks far milder than my beaches. I also don't mind the clad as a byproduct on my search for gold. And fishing weights ? Those are a great indicator if I'm in a good area.

The video is for real.
Like it or not.

Ummmm....ooookkkaaayyy. So it gets a nickel at 16". Whoop-Dee-Doo. So does my Nox and DF....Wishful thinking I guess on my other questions....

Nox gets a 16” deep nickel on wet salt sand ?? You sure.
If I am not mistaken.
Tarsacci mdt 8000 best a Nox for depth on deep Nickel wet salt sand.
And from the looks of things Deus 2 best the Tarsacci. Plus Tarsacci isnusing 12” coil.
I have strong feeling Deus 2 will hit 14” deep nickel in wet salt sand with 9” coil.
If so this is super amazing.

No I don’t work For xp either.

Go back and look at the reveal video of Deus 2.
Now it all makes sense.
The owner of Xp is sitting here looking back at camera. Says cut.
No bragging, no talking machine up. Nothing.
He knew what he had in that box full well.
Box of whoopmazz.

Another look at Deus 2 reveal video. The name on back of that chair and who is in it says it all.

Are there any videos of this machine being swung in and out of the water as how I would hunt ?

I have seen video where coil is subjected to wave action. Think it looked nice and stable. Might be stablest VLF rig out there in salt water.
One has to dial salt setting it seems.
This would vary depending on salt level content.
Like to see one at great salt lake and see how it does on deep nickel.

It's twice the price of the nox, but from what I can see it's built twice as well and has a bunch of great features. Killer in parks with it's light weight.
I think it's justified, hell I bought one so I hope so

I'm impressed. And I think the guy doing the video did a good job, I trust him. Maybe not the best way to test at 17 but with all I'm seeing I will be watching for more testing.
A nice lightweight package, Versatility, a 5 year warranty.. Craig got a Nox, I have to counter with something..

No... you need to replace that detector that no one else can use that you and many others fell for.... you all believed words on a screen... I don't have to mention the name of that fragile detector

Being old school even though I did get a NOX because it was offered at a very good price to me... its not perfect but its good for my spots... my spots aren't about depth.. its working the iron... anyone over the weekend I didn't find any gold but I did pull old nickels one in fact started out with no VDI's it wasn't until I started digging in the rocks and getting a scoop down it started with VDI's but I knew to dig it as long as I get a tone that I like I will dig it including mix tones... that first nickel was a shiny V nickel it was very deep I was happy with the recovery the other nickels and coins were from the 40's... I'll work that spot again the next time I get minus tides...

I guess my question is have YOU Tenn actually gotten your hands on one? I realize you are posting these Videos for a friend …. who I’d say as a u-tube influencer will sell machines. But until I see some real beach hunter post…. I still say all things are equal. But then they did barrow the MDTs salt setting. I’m not knocking the machine…. but I’m not drinking the koolade either. 12… 14….17” on a nickel with a 9” coil. It Seems, my experience tells me that’s a huge jump for a VLF over the Nox. Which many favor because of proven performance. As far as the MDT goes …. Yep pricy… but yep paid for itself in what 2 mos? This one may as well …. because I have no doubt Deus is a respected machine…. AND if its proven as a shallow dive machine that’s the money maker too. People who hunt the water a lot have an Xcal because they are more sure it won’t leak. I don’t believe the Nox is kicking the Xcals butt out there either. Clearly … let me repeat that clearly the Deus has made a statement with a 5 year warranty.

You mean this one..:D

If the Deus ll could hit super deep like this thing I would shipping it overseas. Those guys are jump on the machines no one wants.. Except me and a couple others still love it. Honestly, it hits better on the small gold then it does the big gold.

I like the looks of the design and ergonomics , lightweight. I don't think any others have a 5 yr warranty. Not sure about charging the coil and water use with a wire transitioning to wet. Price is a bit steep but could very well be worth it.
