Iron plate with machined holes. Has text and numbers on the front and a bolt and spring in the back. Any thoughts on the “Modern Glen B”? Thanks!

Kind of looks like an air vent adjuster for a wood or coal burner. Spring doesn't really fit in that id however.

Yes thank you all. I also found a piece near it that looks like it could be a portion of the side panel. Attached a pic here. I didn’t clean it up but looks similar.
