A huge ATTABOY to you Gary. Congrats on your first shiny and second wheat. The Merc, she is a beautiful coin and this one you won't forget. Although not my first silver I still remember my first Merc a 42 and right where I dug her. Hopefully this will open the floodgates for you on the silver. Also congrats on the permission, sounds promising. Permissions around here are hard to come by right now and way too dry to be digging in anybodys yard. So enjoy, take your time and good luck at the new place. Mark
Thanks Mark !!!! ......fortunately this year we have been getting plenty of regular rain, some weeks I had to postpone detecting due to several rainy days in a row, but I can't complain as I'd rather have the moist dirt to dig, my bigger concern is to be careful not to track any mud in the car or house and upset my wife
In your area maybe if you can get permission for properties that are other than people's home yards, places where it wouldn't make a difference to dig if the ground is dry like farm fields, hope more possibilities open up for you there !
