Love this thread. I'll have to dig mine out this weekend and post some pics. The variety is just so cool! I don't think anyone has posted any of the ones I've found so I'm kind of excited to share.

Some of these pieces are just awesome. Love those Russian ones above. It's neat to see lead toys from different parts of the world, in particular soldiers from different continents.

I'd be cheating, if I posted my lead toys, been making them since I was 10 years old. Been a few years though, place I was getting the molds, has gotten kind of slow coming out with new figures. I played with using 100% silicone caulk for making my own molds. Works pretty good for single sided, haven't tried a two part mold, or anything with a lot of fine detail though.

Inspired, I might do some lead casts this Winter just for giggles...that friggin submarine Ice...maybe do a series of the Flier or the Silversides in brass even? Thats what i'm thinking anyways...
