What does everyone do for a living?

I am a geologist and work for the State of Arkansas. After 35 years, I am nearing retirement now! Long time collector of minerals and motorcycle enthusiast!

My pic is posted online at: http://www.geology.arkansas.gov/about_us/mikehoward.htm

Awesome! I thought about doing that as well. How much schooling did it take you to get there? Is the pay good? By that I mean, could you make it financially outside of Arkansas?

A pretty darn big one, the soldiers just laugh. We had another smaller vehicle that we make in a 6X6 that drove over a 500 pounder, blew the axles off, blew the engine out of the armored hull and hood, threw it 50 yards and everyone inside the vehicle walked out

Job?

Forced retirement , due to medical issues.Prior to that worked as a telecom installer/repairer. I am the proverbial "jack of all trades".

What about your hearing? Does everyone have in-ear foam as well as some over-the-ear gear on? I imagine that being in one of those would be like standing in a bell.

Service 62-66 USAF. 30 years DSH as Psych Aide. Retired & tired most of the time. Spend most of my time in withdrawal and getting used to it. :) Hope this helps??

We recently had one of your vehicles in our shop yard. We lifted off some weights and put them back on, I was told it was high altitude testing. Those things are hosses, I want one for bumping around here in the winter. But I need to win the lottery first.

inventor...

In the long Chicago winters I'm always building something in my basement

I ought to be able to unload this vertical blind treatment for patio doors if the economy picks up

Well in my civilian career I was a Paramedic for 11 yrs in EMS for 19yrs. I was deployed to Iraq and ever since coming home in 2009 have been in a CBWTU. This is a unit for wounded soldiers to heal on active duty. I have 15 years in the Army National Gaurd. Im looking to be medical discharged or retired from active duty do to my injury. I got into MDing as a way to help motivate me out of the house and keep me active since I cant do a lot of what I used to enjoy.
