The FBI Files: Dents Run Civil War Gold

Wednesday is the day we have all been waiting for, the day FinderKeepers (Dennis himself), told me they are going to "hit them hard" in this last filing of the summary judgement phase and they "will win" and also posted on the other forum that they "can't lose this case".

We'll see if either of those are true. My prediction: they'll go out with a meager whimper of complaints and lose the case! Anyone care to take that bet?!

I will post up his full and complete response, irregardless of how long it is. On the DOJ's filings, since they are several hundred pages, if anyone wants them, shoot me your email in PM and I can hopefully send them to you in PDF format.

... Anyone care to take that bet?! ...

Yes, I'll take you up on your bet. And will bet against you, and bet FOR Dennis. Because, yes: Dennis will "hit them hard" and he "will win"

Here's how : Because when he loses in the legal system, that will only mean that he wins. Because that merely means corruption and theft and cover-up conspiracy , at the highest levels.

So you are defining your terms bass-ackwards. You have to remember that : Lack of evidence simply means : ALL THE MORE EVIDENCE ! He may lose in a court of law, but ... by no means does that mean that there wasn't or isn't a fabulous treasure. It simply means :

1) Theft under their noses. Conspiracy & coverup . Even to the highest levels of the legal system !

2) A little more to the right, a little more to the left, a little deeper, etc....

But under no circumstance does it EVER mean : No fabulous treasure.

I know, he'll win for losing, but in the court of law, he will lose.

What i'm really most interested in isn't his winning or losing, it's what he files with the court. He's been saying for months now that he has information that will "blow the lid off this case". We shall see in just two more days if that was true!

Yes. And when the lid isn't "blown off the case" legally, then that merely means the lid *IS* "blown off the case.

Whatever it is that he's alluding to, in his-mind's-eyes, is convincing to the general public. To prop up his conspiracy narrative. Such that the "faithful" (and stupid TV shows that run with this) will believe. So in that sense, then sure : the lid is being "blown off".

You gotta understand Dennis's definitions and vocabulary

Kind of reminds me of some posts (that typically come from 3rd world countries) of people who say they've "found" (past tense) a treasure. And now it's merely a matter of overcoming govt. regulations, getting heavy equipment to the site, draining a swamp, deciding where to smelt 3 tons of gold, pinpointing the exact spot with a detector that needs to go 6 meters deep, blah blah blah.

But rest assured, they "found" (past tense) a treasure. This D.R. thing is utterly no different.

Now that the site is back up, i'll do my best to get up all the latest filings in their entirety along with a cliff notes summary of them.

This post of Plaintiffs really reflects his true motive: Adoration, attention and publicity.

He posted this over a week ago regarding his latest court filings, claiming it'll make "world news", and here we are a week later and it doesn't even warrant a mention on the back page of any online rags. Notice the excuses he's making for why no story has run, when in fact, if it was truly newsworthy, the Press has no trouble getting worthy stories to the "printing press" by midnight of the day the story broke!

The reason is simple: his filings contained no new evidence, no evidence that'll "blow the lid off" the case, no evidence that "proves a massive coverup". We were again misled.

I have some catching up to do it seems.
Now it's a $1 Billion (certainly the cost of inflation must of been factored in but that's would be only $9 million) :?:

Did the FBI use the $1B to pay for hunter biden's paintings?

LOL....parada's numbers grow each time he opens his mouth.

Since this new platform appears to accept larger attachments, I'm first going to try to upload in PDF form the DOJ's filings from 12/21/22 where they move the court for summary judgement which would end the case, arguing they have reasonably fulfilled Plaintiff's request for records.

First the DOJ's motion and proposed order, followed by their memorandum in support of their motion which lays out the legal basis for why they have fulfilled their obligation:

Next up we have the DOJ's Statement of facts and evidentiary attachments:

Next up is the DOJ's largest evidentiary attachment, 109 pages total, broken up into 10 equal attachments to allow uploading:

Well Sure. Of course. This is mandatory for any such fabulous treasure story. The bigger the treasure, then: The more true it must be. I mean, shucks, if it had been a mere 1/2 billion, then ... shucks, that must not be true. But now that it's a billion, then .... rest assured, it MUST be true. Right ?

Also notice that the deeper it is, the more true it must be (can you spell "oak island"). They all sort of begin to follow the same predictable patterns after awhile. A skeleton. Some booby trap(s). Insane depths. Insane values. Govt. bureaucracy. "Tips of iceberg" finds nearby, Etc....

Hey that would make a good plot for a movie! Oh wait, they already did that!!

"Snakes! Why did there have to be snakes???"

Will parada find a nazi connection? He once claimed the U.S. government dumped the gold from a cargo plane onto a russian runway.

.... He once claimed the U.S. government dumped the gold from a cargo plane onto a russian runway.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he once (long before the D.R. claim) try to get permission to dig up a civil war grave, in a civil-war monument sensitive-monument park ? Claiming there was a treasure in the grave ? And of course, they told him "no"

Where have I heard this theme before ?? HHHhhmm OH YEAH : The famous Spaghetti western "Good, Bad, Ugly" movie.

So : As if this current D.R. stuff isn't fodder enough for debunking on its own merits, WHY OH WHY isn't the recipients of his yarn looking into the past record and claims of this fellow ? WOULDN'T THAT ALONE be enough to give persons pause for doubt ? To introduce a little skepticism ?

Either parada or franklin from the other site.

Perhaps GoDeep should write a book on his debunking of the finderskeepers dents run fraud.

That would propel him into a position to become the world's #1 subject matter expert on treasure found claims frauds.

I would love to see it. And to be fair , a few skeptics did get-the-spotlight with their skepticism. Like the "Amazing Randi", who debunked psychics, for example. I don't think Randi needed any fame or money. He just got sick & tired of the stuff passing off as real. And then the media then hounded him for interviews, etc.... THANK GOODNESS, because, yes, that was a breath of fresh air.

However, when it comes to treasure claims, it's a bit different from main-stream psychics and paranormal claims. Unfortunately it's very "niche". Treasure might be fun to wax romantic about, but : Not too many who want to know how it might NOT be true. Instead, we only want to know why it IS true. Not why it's NOT true. I guess that's just human nature.

However, if Dennis got his wish, and got the publicity he seeks, and THEN some fair minded journalist / media wanted to investigate further, and : If they googled it (seeking potential pushback), then yes: Hopefully they would find this material. And Go-deep would be rewarded (even if only intellectually) for all his great research. In the same way it was refreshing to see the Amazing Randi expose stupidity, then yes : So too would this be refreshing.

Of course, since we're TH'rs and MD'rs, we have a vested interest in the subject. Not sure how much the general public cares less. But I for one would enjoy seeing it ! :)

Spot on assessment, most just want to get caught up in the romanticism of it, they aren't looking to disprove it.

I have thought of doing up a youtube video that pulls all the relevant evidence together in an easy to digest format, though it may end up being about as fun to watch as paint drying for some...
