And I know you continue to think that Dennis knows full-well this is bologna (yet just seeks publicity and fame). Yet I still think that Dennis himself is actually this blinded by belief in this treasure. Someone dear to me is ... uh ... "swooned" by various conspiracy theories. And at no time are they anything less than sincere. So too do I think that Dennis can actually believe all this. But I remind you that whereas your notion paints him as "liar", my notion paints him as "stupid". So either way, they're not nice labels. Doh !
I wouldn't get too worried about what Dennis does or does not believe...
You believe he is "stupid" but the evidence fully supports that
he believes his audience is stupid, as I've documented what must now be over 20 outright lies by Plaintiff (making knowingly false statements with the intent to deceive others) and another couple dozen lies of omission and several more dozen intentionally misleading statements.
Lets go thru a few of his greatest hits for the new readers who haven't yet had time to comb thru this thread:
1. Both he and his associate once claimed to have been completely barred from viewing the actual dig. This was a lie. They were actually allowed on site to observe the dig for over 3 hours.
2. Claimed he had nighttime photos of the FBI digging at night. This was a lie.
3. Once claimed the FBI was a "no show in court today". This was a lie. He knew there wasn't even a court hearing for the FBI to show up to that day.
4. Once claimed he beat the PA DCNR in court regarding the unveiling of the warrant. This was a lie. He lost in court on the unveiling of the warrant.
5. One statement he said he told the FBI about the alleged "skeleton" in the cave, in another post he said he never told the FBI about the alleged skeleton, it matters not which was the true statement, by default, one of them was a lie.
6. Said there was visible gold on his boring bits mutiple times over the years. This was a lie. When under penalty of lying to the FBI, a felony, changed the story to the bit was golden colored and there wasn't even enough color there to test it.
7. Claims to have found 20 Iron Pig containers on site, forgetting he had at other times posting they got NO iron readings on the site. It matters not which is true, one by default is a lie.
8. When specifically asked by a member "so you have no pictures of the gold bars?", he replied, "not so fast, we have pictures" and that he would even "post them in due time". This was a lie.
9. Originally mislead the readers by claiming he "found a map" that led to the site. This is a lie. He never found any map, a psychic pinned a tail on a map and said the gold is at Dents Run and later drew him a map.
10. Forged the enviroscan map to read high density objects to match where his scans allegedly read gold, when in fact, the actual real Enviroscan map showed LOW density where his scans were.
11. Said they were going to be on "60 Minutes" This appears to be untrue.
12. Claimed the lost gold ingot story came from pinkerton agents who's relatives gave it to the military archives when they died. This was a lie. , It would later be revealed in the FBI file that Dennis himself was sent a letter by the head of the archives himself telling Dennis that the story was mailed to them in 1983 and was a photocopy from a book.
13. Admitted himself in a post that he posts things that are "off" and "twisted" to mislead people.
14. Claimed the 2 pinkerton agents who sought the civil war gold bought land and built a cabin near Benezette. This was a lie. This statement was actually lifted from the Lost gold ingot story itself!
15. Claimed the FBI "filed for a 4 month delay". This was untrue.
16. Claimed the case was on hold until Jan. 29th, when in fact filings were filed on the 21st of Dec. and 11th of January!
17. Falsely claimed there being a cave with 3 rooms, man-made walls and a 15 foot waterfall.
18. Claimed he had the FBI "in court" 3 times when he had not even brought a single suit against the FBI at that point.
19. Willfully and knowingly, and apparently in the company of his son, an alleged police officer, on multiple occasions, violated a lawful trespass notice. Once caught, another trespass notice was issued that he again bragged about he would continue to violate it.
20. Claimed the Enviroscan detected 9 tons of gold. This was untrue. The enviroscan only detects gravity anomalies, not mineral types.
21. And the biggest smoking gun of all: Posted that he would work with the FBI again on future digs! This post was quickly deleted, but we luckily screen grabbed it before he did! Claiming this means Dennis allows that the FBI didn't find or steal any gold at Dents Run.
Plus, the almost daily postings of misleading statements and lies of omission...
