The FBI Files: Dents Run Civil War Gold

....

I have thought of doing up a youtube video that pulls all the relevant evidence together....

If you ever decide to do that, and want to do it in an interview type format (zoom call), then : Let's partner on it . You have particular slants and specialties and focus. I have other slants, specialties, and focus. Together with each of ours' angles, it would make for a good video.

Because in today's "social media" climate, people are more likely to watch a video, than to comb through 27 pages of printed text words. So a video would be a great way to put all this in with faces & voices. Easy consumption.

It's almost sad at this point. Or maybe Dennis, you over sold with your claims of "we proved a massive coverup" and "we'll blow the case wide open" when in fact, your filings were nothing more than the fading whimpers of a drowning goat!

The truth is, they didn't run a story because there is no story. I'm still planning on getting it up in its entirety but have been sick (tested positive for Covid yesterday) so sitting long spells at the computer makes me dizzy.

Cliff Notes Version of Plaintiffs latest filings. This was his last opportunity to get his alleged evidence before the judge. After this filing of his, The DOJ is allowed one last response by Jan. 29th and then it's up to the judge to make the final decision.

The best way to break this down is to first look at what Plaintiff is actually asking the court to do in these last filings of his. By looking at what he is actually asking the court to do for him, we can separate his online bluster from actual wrongs he perceives the DOJ committed:

1. Asking the court to order the DOJ to produce their hand notes and sketches

2. Asking the court to order the DOJ to produce the names of the authors of the Enviroscan Report

3. Asking the court to order the DOJ to produce any operational plans it may have had

4. Asking the court to order the DOJ to search the file again using the terms "Parada" and "Gettler"

5. Asking the court to order the DOJ to produce the pictures with timestamps on them.

This is their "proposed" order to the judge, not to be confused with an actual order from the judge:

And this here is his memorandum in support (which is the heart of his legal argument) and the "statement of facts":

There are exhibits for the above filings (a lot of pictures we've already seen, plus the enviroscan report which we've already seen, etc), but they are large files that'll have to divide up in order to post them, so that'll take some time.

A couple of points that come to mind about his main two arguments in his memorandum:

There is no evidence supplied by Plaintiff supporting a coverup by the FBI as he claims.

First, the closest he claims is to infer it in his memorandum when he questions why the photos the DOJ provided him don't have date and time stamps on. On it's face, he has a valid point, i think the pictures should be provided with date and time stamps. However, that isn't indicative of a "coverup". Not to mention, Plaintiff has long argued the FBI is dishonest and forges evidence, so even if they DO provide pictures with date/time stamps, anything that doesn't fit his narrative, he'll just claim they "forged" the date and time stamps. The FBI is in a "no win" position with that one.

Second, he makes some convoluted claim about the Excavator pictures at the end of day one photos which were taken around 645pm according to the site log. He argues it's not covered with snow which isn't possible he claims because it snowed at the end of day one. Two points that quickly dispel this:

1. By his own testimony he left the site by 3-5pm (depends on which account of his you take to which time he actually left the site), but log books say he left just after 5pm and the photos were take at approx 6:45 pm, nearly TWO hours after he left. Being he lives quite a long distance from the site, how does he know it snowed at the site when he was over an hour away?!

2. If it did snow that afternoon, it's very possible that the light dusting of snow had melted off by the time the photo was taken (say if it snowed at 5pm when he was leaving and the pics weren't taken until 6:45pm, it could have melted already). We see in other pictures that the sites snow is melting throughout the two days they are there.

Either parada or franklin from the other site.
Yes, that was Franklin. I've met Franklin a few times, super nice guy but believes in the LRL stuff and that is what's convinced him there are things where there are no things. At some point Parada also admitted that the Dents Run "discovery" started with LRLs. I once did some simple tests with Franklin and his Electroscope which he failed very convincingly, and I also offered to show Parada that LRLs are completely bogus and useless. But he's in it all the way now, and nothing will ever convince him otherwise, 'til the day he kicks the dust.

...... so even if they DO provide pictures with date/time stamps, anything that doesn't fit his narrative, he'll just claim they "forged" the date and time stamps. The FBI is in a "no win" position with that one.
.....

Excellent work go-deep, as usual. Thanx !

And yes : It's business as usual : No evidence of stolen gold, simply means : STOLEN GOLD ! And the more evidence it LACKS, then the more evidence that IS ! Since it simply means that the FBI did a good job at hiding their tracks. And ANYTHING they lack ability to lickety-split give to his demands, simply means : STOLEN GOLD. So no matter what, the FBI is in a no-win situation. This is one occasion where I feel sympathy for the pencil-pushes who are having their lives made heck by this.

And the public so-easily goes along with this narrative, since, ... let's be honest ... it's our national past-time to sit around and gripe about Govt. bureaucracy and corruption and conspiracies. That's why Area 51, JFK, 9-11, etc... are so salacious. Hence, who can resist a good story about FBI stealing gold ?

And I know you continue to think that Dennis knows full-well this is bologna (yet just seeks publicity and fame). Yet I still think that Dennis himself is actually this blinded by belief in this treasure. Someone dear to me is ... uh ... "swooned" by various conspiracy theories. And at no time are they anything less than sincere. So too do I think that Dennis can actually believe all this. But I remind you that whereas your notion paints him as "liar", my notion paints him as "stupid". So either way, they're not nice labels. Doh !

great post. Yes : Little has been said about how LRLs played a part in the initial bruhaha, of this particular D.R. claim. Perhaps that's played down, since : A lot of people would 'diss it, if that became prominent/known.

Even in the William Shatner TV coverage "UnXplained", if you freeze frame it at one point .... sure enough, you see a magic wand rod.

Any treasure claim that has this component, gives the story as much credibility as someone who claims to know where a treasure is via tarot cards, astrology, etc...... The mere fact that Dennis & gang appeared to have played that part down, must mean they are aware that this is simply not reputable. And you have to wonder if they haven't asked themselves why-this-is-so ? I mean, you'd think they'd take-a-clue.

I wouldn't get too worried about what Dennis does or does not believe...

You believe he is "stupid" but the evidence fully supports that he believes his audience is stupid, as I've documented what must now be over 20 outright lies by Plaintiff (making knowingly false statements with the intent to deceive others) and another couple dozen lies of omission and several more dozen intentionally misleading statements.

Lets go thru a few of his greatest hits for the new readers who haven't yet had time to comb thru this thread:

1. Both he and his associate once claimed to have been completely barred from viewing the actual dig. This was a lie. They were actually allowed on site to observe the dig for over 3 hours.

2. Claimed he had nighttime photos of the FBI digging at night. This was a lie.

3. Once claimed the FBI was a "no show in court today". This was a lie. He knew there wasn't even a court hearing for the FBI to show up to that day.

4. Once claimed he beat the PA DCNR in court regarding the unveiling of the warrant. This was a lie. He lost in court on the unveiling of the warrant.

5. One statement he said he told the FBI about the alleged "skeleton" in the cave, in another post he said he never told the FBI about the alleged skeleton, it matters not which was the true statement, by default, one of them was a lie.

6. Said there was visible gold on his boring bits mutiple times over the years. This was a lie. When under penalty of lying to the FBI, a felony, changed the story to the bit was golden colored and there wasn't even enough color there to test it.

7. Claims to have found 20 Iron Pig containers on site, forgetting he had at other times posting they got NO iron readings on the site. It matters not which is true, one by default is a lie.

8. When specifically asked by a member "so you have no pictures of the gold bars?", he replied, "not so fast, we have pictures" and that he would even "post them in due time". This was a lie.

9. Originally mislead the readers by claiming he "found a map" that led to the site. This is a lie. He never found any map, a psychic pinned a tail on a map and said the gold is at Dents Run and later drew him a map.

10. Forged the enviroscan map to read high density objects to match where his scans allegedly read gold, when in fact, the actual real Enviroscan map showed LOW density where his scans were.

11. Said they were going to be on "60 Minutes" This appears to be untrue.

12. Claimed the lost gold ingot story came from pinkerton agents who's relatives gave it to the military archives when they died. This was a lie. , It would later be revealed in the FBI file that Dennis himself was sent a letter by the head of the archives himself telling Dennis that the story was mailed to them in 1983 and was a photocopy from a book.

13. Admitted himself in a post that he posts things that are "off" and "twisted" to mislead people.

14. Claimed the 2 pinkerton agents who sought the civil war gold bought land and built a cabin near Benezette. This was a lie. This statement was actually lifted from the Lost gold ingot story itself!

15. Claimed the FBI "filed for a 4 month delay". This was untrue.

16. Claimed the case was on hold until Jan. 29th, when in fact filings were filed on the 21st of Dec. and 11th of January!

17. Falsely claimed there being a cave with 3 rooms, man-made walls and a 15 foot waterfall.

18. Claimed he had the FBI "in court" 3 times when he had not even brought a single suit against the FBI at that point.

19. Willfully and knowingly, and apparently in the company of his son, an alleged police officer, on multiple occasions, violated a lawful trespass notice. Once caught, another trespass notice was issued that he again bragged about he would continue to violate it.

20. Claimed the Enviroscan detected 9 tons of gold. This was untrue. The enviroscan only detects gravity anomalies, not mineral types.

21. And the biggest smoking gun of all: Posted that he would work with the FBI again on future digs! This post was quickly deleted, but we luckily screen grabbed it before he did! Claiming this means Dennis allows that the FBI didn't find or steal any gold at Dents Run.

Plus, the almost daily postings of misleading statements and lies of omission...

And how can we forget this classic hit by Plaintiff:

On 8/4/22, Post 646, FindersKeepers lawsuit thread (thread since purged by mods in its entirety) Plaintiff lies while bragging about having never lied, Quote: "Everything we posted in the last 13yrs is true"

Must have slipped his mind that a few years earlier he claimed he often posts things that are "off and twisted" (in other words, he lies). He must have thought he was safe as he deleted the post within minutes of posting it and the mods cleaned up by deleting a post of mine that quoted him, but luckily, i screen grabbed that too before they were scrubbed!

I disagree with need for the images to be provided with a time/date stamp. There can be issues with the settings of the stamp function, power supply issues in the field (batteries), subsequent altering (forging) of the digital stamp or even obstruction of content in the image due to stamp placement. There are too many things that could compromise validation of the evidence. I believe that the camera’s optional setting to include printing the stamp in each image would most likely have been purposely turned off for these reasons.

Rest assured, that all of the image files will have some form of automatic file information exchange including necessary metadata and that will be stored in a folder in the device media drive. I don’t believe the statement made by the Defendant in Plaintiffs Opposition was “there is no metadata for the photographs” instead it was “the serialized photographs did not have specific date/time stamps.”

I believe this will probably be a non-issue and the Ordered data will most likely be made available to the Plaintiff (at tax payer cost) in the appropriate format instead of appearing within the images. IMO, I doubt whether the data will have any positive outcome for the Plaintiff and will most likely bolster the Defendant's position since its my understanding that this kind of automatically recorded information is rock solid for validation of images, regardless of whether or not any part of it actually appears in the image.

.... subsequent altering (forging) of the digital stamp ....

Excellent post !

Yes : No matter what becomes of this time-stamp-photo-issue : Dennis & gang will spin it to mean : "Fabulous Treasure" . Via "whitewash, coverup, forging" blah blah And while this will obviously not hold-water in a court-of-law (it's an argument from silence), yet : In the court of popular opinion (people that are prone to fall for conspiracy theories), there will be people who will be swoon by this.

And as for the " ... at tax payer cost..." : This just frosts my feathers ! We all love to sit around and complain about govt. bureaucracy & their poor-use-of money , yet : It's junk like this that DRIVES there to be all these costs, and bureaucracy, IN THE FIRST PLACE ! This is why the govt. can't buy a coffee-pot or toilet seat for less than $500. Because they HAVE to put all these safeguards in every step , lest : Someone cry foul, gripe, sue, etc...

Parada said the U.S. government dumped the $millions in dents run gold on a Russian airstrip.

He must of been mistaken and they were dumping the Templar gold they stole from the Templar vault he found in Nova Scotia.

January 29th was yesterday.

Did I miss parada’s world wide associated press story that proves the FBI stole the gold?

His latest FB post...

Finders Keepers is getting ready for many big things to come this year . We are trying to set things up for many digs this year in Pa and other states. We have a major Film Crew from out west that will be filming our digs. If everything goes good we should have our own TV Series this summer. In the next few days we should know what the Federal Judge orders are in the case. In 30 days we will know more about our TV series, in 2 months we plan to start digging again and this time things will go our way. Its all about how you play the game and I play to win.
