Hunting partner of mine found an old off base housing we have been hunting populated in the early 40s. It was a tear down so lots of trash but we have pulled a couple silver quarters some rosies, and mercs plus it’s where I found the class ring I returned. Lots of wheats but it had been drying up for silver until today when I got that mid 90s signal that should have been another copper pipe added to the stack but not this time!!!

Nice! I've only found one Silver dollar, and it too was a Morgan. Mine was in a Soccer field though, about 3-4" down. I'm convinced it was just a ref coin-toss coin.

When those suckers show up in the ground, though, it's like WHOAAaa!!!

Pretty fun! Glad you got to experience it!

That’s an ok find. I mean that’s a freaking ok I would probably have a heart attack if I found that kind of silver! That hubcap bought a lot in 1921 and IMO the prettiest of silvers; CONGRATS!
