Monday is a wash, Tuesday looks like thunderstorms. but Wednesday is good all day after 10am. I am exit 91 so anywhere is fine for me. what do you prefer beach etc? Bill Kelleher 732-770-1645 call or text.

Hi Bill I lean towards bay beaches and have enjoyed two parks swim areas/beaches. The ocean beaches I'd enjoy at low tide and in the evening when folks are are leaving. My cell begins in 610. I'll be home around 8. I'll call then.

Hello! I'm also in Central Jersey near Washington's Crossing (Hopewell Twp). I'm always up for meeting other detectorists.
I'm new to the Forum. Looking forward to meeting others and learning more about this very addicting hobby. I've got a few permissions I'm working.. and working on. One is an old 1700s 75 acres Farm. there is so much in the ground there, I can dig two to three spots, sit on the ground for hours and shift through the decades of finds - every spot is a treasure trove of discovery! :-D Let me know if you'd like to connect - happy hunting!

There is a two day hunt next weekend 9/23 & 9/24 at Deal beach in NJ, I will be there. You may still be able to sign up online to save a little money or sign up in person. Hunts are a great time and there is always somebody to help you out if it is your first time. I will also be attending the one you posted in Staten Island.

Hi and Welcome :-) I'm in Ocean County not far from the beaches. I'd drive to hunt with you after the ticks calm down :-)
 
I may go out to that event in Deal to see the Garrett dealer. I'd welcome their help with tips on my AT Pro's settings.

Come check it out the hunts are a lot of fun with like minded people! I doubt that Garrett will be there tho, they usually just donate items for the raffles. If you see somebody there swinging a AT Pro don't be afraid to ask for help or suggestions.
