Got out a few days ago to a standing permission at a 1760’s farmhouse. I had been over the yard and found things but I decided to put on the small coil on the ATmax and recheck. Glad I did. I found a few buttons, a thimble, and a few beautiful coins. The first was a 1916 barber dime which is my first one ever. The second was an 1841 Bucklins Book Keeping hard times token, also my first. The third was a scratchy signal that I could tell was deep. Got down to about 10 inches deep and out pops an emerald color coin, not what I expected to see. It’s a 1787 Connecticut copper. I’ve found several of these but never one in this condition. Hopefully the pictures do it justice, you can actually see the face on britania on the reverse. That is 18 coppers for the month of November for me, sorry Tom. Happy thanksgiving to everyone and thanks for looking
