Helloooooo......cant remember if i ever replied or not....been crazy busy.......I'm assuming youre talkin bout the water silvers.....Yeah they werent easy ......honestly I probably shouldnt have touched them....but I really dont plan on selling any of my coins so I didnt really care ....and the couple of them seemed common, no mint mark so I buffed the hell out of them....over the last couple water hunts I managed over 20 silver coins and I tried everything to get them cleaned up a bit. Baking soda and tin foil and heat . lemon juice , tooth paste , silver jewelry cleaner , and several soaps and scrubs.....I think what shined them up best was rubbing compound which probably took 3 layers of silver off the poor coins too......oh well....some of them were hardly recognizable as a coin so whatever......I cant believe how many coins popped out of the lake and I'll never forget the feeling of finding a couple of them especially the Barber half .
