Always fun to find something besides an empty return bin, or stuck together zinc cents
It seems like coke and zinc pennies have very good bonding properties. $2 coin, I guess a bank will give you 2 real dollars for it. Love them Wheaties. I had a best friend who collected wheat pennies since he was 12 years old. He had a huge collection. Around 120,000 coins. All separated in coin tubes and boxes arranged by date and mint. Sadly he passed 5 years ago. But fortunately he has an honest coin dealer he trusted for years and his widow received a fair price for the collection. He has lots of other silver coins he collected and those he kept in a tellers safe. He lived across the street from me. Only a few people knew it was all stored in his garage. It was sad day when that that fine Marine had a fatal stroke one morning.
