Glad the A/C is working in here.
Remember there is no yellow ink allowed in the design .Well that's an interesting idea, wonder what design ideas we can come up with around here.
Gotta think on this a little....
i sent my warranty card back and wrote thank you to them on it for making such a fine machine. Thats how happy i am with mine
and i really cant think of any other purchase i have ever made that is this satisfying and that i did not regret doing or question to death after doing so.

ps: Do ya believe-uh?
Lo, I waiteth on the Blessed Lord of the Dirty Brown Truck to deliver my salvation and fulfill my destiny to break free from the bonds of slow swinging, alien singing, "SovZilla" in the parks and burbs and bask in the glory of iron/clad total separation wonder, known only as "Compadre"
Let us all behold the glory that is in thine swinging hands. Oh, blessed Compadre.. we humbly seek your non-trash guidance....
Folks, we've all been there. The traffic light has turned green and Mr. impatient behind you lays on the horn. Yes, that time between green and mean is the shortest unit of measurable time known to man. Can i get an Amen? Yes, brothers and sisters we all know it well. But, i'm here to tell you that that time is not the shortest. The Compadre's recovery speed is now the shortest time known to man. Yes, brothers and sisters I tell you true.
I love how the manual is literally one page. It doesn't get any simpler than that Have fun with it, man!
I think that Minelab should put a Tesoro sticker in with every detector they sell, I mean that way you could stick it over the Minelab sign and pretend you are swinging a Tesoro, won't work as well as a Tesoro but will look almost as good .I also like how Tesoro gives you a cool sticker with your Compadre and Minelab gave me no such sticker with my Etrac.

the hf pointer carries a phone book sized manual compared to our beloved compadre
needs no manual as its like an extension of ourself. just imprinted like picking your nose
you dont need a manual to pick your nose and find hidden stuff
Question for all my Compadre brethren. Does anyone know who this (neswiper) is on Youtube that started making vides on the Compadre.?
The reason I ask is his second vid starts off with this caption:
"Tesoro Compadre after ground balance and sensitivity adjustment"
Huh? must be a model I don't know about.
He has a site called detectorX.com
His comments on his vids have been disabled so I can reply to his vid.
Not trying to form a witch hunt just wondering what's up.
Ah, ok I got it now. Thanks for that. I knew about the sens pot but not a gb
pot. But wouldn't you have to remove the panel to gb the unit to the soil your detecting. His unit does not have any extra knobs on it, so I assume he already adjusted it prior.
Thanks, DD
