I work in large and beautiful high school that’s considered one of the most historic in Florida. (If you’re from Miami-Dade County you’ll know which one I’m talking about). Well anyway, I am always on the lookout for tossed items that I can bring to school to decorate any one of our 4 beautiful inner courtyards. On my way to work this morning, about a block down the street from my house, I pass a large decorative vase and lantern thing. Even though it was raining, I decided to check it out, so I backed the truck. As I begin to look over the lantern, I IMMEDIATLEY notice a semi-hidden scoop lying on the asphalt in the trash pile right next to it! UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's in perfect shape! It looks like one of Chuck’s designs so I’m hoping that it is. What’s funny is that I wanted to get a back-up beach scoop and set one up with my carbon fiber travel handle that I got from Steve in Asia years ago. Sanford & Son got nothing on me! It seems one man's trash is definitely my treasure!!
