What is the deepest Deus II program?

I'm traveling in a few weeks to a civil war site I've been at before, and all of the targets were really deep. Bullets and buttons were coming out 12-16 inches deep in many cases. Using my Deus II I was able to faintly pick them up from the surface with the 11 inch coil. For the return trip I purchased the 13 inch coil, which will add a little depth. But my question for the D2 users: What program or settings do you use to get the maximum depth?

For reference, I added two pics below, I found a general service coat button, and it was at the bottom of that hole. My shovel is on the surface, so you can see it was 6 inches or more deeper than the pinpointer.

Thanks for your advice!

Todd

Would depend on what conductivity of target is.
Whichever you use, keep reactivity low. Like .5 or 1.
CW bullets deep high conductor.

You may consider using relic program. You can alter max freq to your choosing. And you can cross check with another program. If little iron in site may be good route to go. Sweep speed and coil position will be somewhat more forgiving to actually locate. Good site you have there imo. To ring out DEUS 2 and get some valuable training.

The deep stuff at a CW site that's been worked over pretty well... Mono Program- single freq 17khz, though your soil/site conditions can dictate your freq choice, 4khz - 17khz. I really like the Relic Program too.

In tests I have tried, Sensitive FT set up right seems a little deeper than the other programs set up the same way. This is in mild soil.
