What does everyone do for a living?

I'm an IT Manager. I've worked for the same company for over 30 years in various positions from Technician to Engineer to Deskdop and Server Administrator. They say "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life!" I haven't "worked" in the past 29 years. We were told last year that the company is closing the facility in December 2013.

Jumping from job to job over the years. Back to cutting trees down for customers. Sucks, I should be making $50,000+ a year by now at my age instead of $20,000 or less.

stay at home dad....IT work for the public and for small businesses when there's work....
friend and I have been ebaying/cl'ing for years...

I found a supplier for stuff I like. Knives, hatchets, axes, tomahawks, outdoor gear, optics etc... 400brands, 2k+ products.... 5 dollar junk knives to 4k handmade knives... pretty much any brand you can think of for cutlery/edged instruments...

went from 1 bark river knife every few days to 15-20 every fri-sun. ( I like Bark River because their well known all over the world...hand made and the shop is 45miles from here..) never knew they were that popular outside of the states until we started getting orders from quite a few other countries) found a storefront on the main street in town for under 550 a month..covers all utilities etc..and his bro is moving his coin shop there and sticking wife with the restaurant lol... setup a mysql database for LemonPOS, almost done with logo, bro-in-law making our website/e-commerce stuff, doing up cards etc...

sorry for the novel...weird that it went from something that was going to go very slow and build...to pretty much a full time job...

Prior to becoming disabled, I owned my own field service inspection company. Now, rather than just sitting here collecting a check every month, I sell AVON - and if I must say so myself, I am pretty good at it :D

I fix slot machines at an indian casino. If anyone has gambling questions just ask, I can (and will) go on and on about it. :)

I work for barrick gold in elko Nevada. I am an underground blaster I get paid to go to work and blow stuff up every day.,:D:D

My life in pictures

The picture of me with the long hair leads me to the Army picture. I was 17 and was in Basic at FT Benning. The drill was SFC Omar. He knew I was the youngest kid there and made me complete basic and helped me grow up. The next pic was me in my police uniform on the day we went to blues and a tie. I lost my Christina during my time on the police department. Still don't have my legs back from that hit. I miss her everyday. Then there is a pic with my wife a couple of months ago. Then there is a pic of pop-pops girl. My grand baby Isabella or "Izzy". Last pic is me and my 2 daughters Paige and Katt at graduation.
