I was in my nearby metal detecting store and asked about the 8" coil for the Vanquish. Dealer went to look for a price and said he was surprised to see it is only available with the propack, you cannot buy it individually.

So if you want a small coil better buy it up front with the package.

It seems it's available elsewhere on the interwebz and Minelab has it listed on their website.

believe it's available through main dealers on net used to be anyway!
yes it is indeed "knockout" coil for the vanquish ..super for junked out places.
haven't checked, but minelab may have made it only available with the pro-pack.
if so, then they want to push 540 pro-packs with the two coils!..makes sense!
