The FBI Files: Dents Run Civil War Gold

Tom_in_CA

You do realize that when parada reads your posts that he thinks you are serious, right?

Well, since I'm on record as saying that I actually think Parada believes in his D.R. narrative (as opposed to "lying" ), then : I suppose it makes sense that he likewise also truly thinks that by adding more conspiracies, that it will add-more-credibility . Ie.: Why stop at the "FBI" and "big bad government" ? Pile on KGC, Bigfoot, Bill Gates, Chemtrails, UFO's, and .... you will be right there on prime-time TV ! What's not to love, eh ?

They aren’t mutually exclusive, he can believe AND he has lied repeatedly to advance his “belief” as has been well documented .

parada has been caught lying on tnet many times.

tnet covered for him by stopping all discussion that pointed out his lies and removed his posts when his lies were exposed so that no one could continue to reference them.

Fortunately GoDeep captured many of those posts for future reference.

To which I would say that, to Parada's way of thinking : They're not "lies" if he can find some to harmonize seemingly contradictory statements. And .... yes ... he believes the "grasping for straws" harmonization.

Thus I would still say he can deny lying. Thus he can sincerely believe all his story-line, harmonization between contradictory statements, etc.... Thus not technically lying, in the conventional sense of the word. Lying seems to me to be when someone knowingly puts forth a false-hood. But in Parada's mind : They're not false-hoods. It's people taking him out of context, blah blah blah

I know we've had this discussion a dozen times. And no matter how it's sliced, he's sunk ; He's either dishonest (the "liar" theory), or stupid (the "believe" theory). No matter how you slice it : Not flattering .

A lie is no less of a lie just because he can conjure up a story/harmonize it in his own mind. There'd be NO liars in the world if it was up to the one uttering the lies to decide if what they are saying somehow "harmonizes" in their mind and thus is not a lie!

Lying also doesn't always require "knowingly" or "intentionally" putting forward falsehoods, though he's made plenty of knowingly false statements too.

Lie: noun
- a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth. (Plenty of this type in the record)
- something intended or serving to convey a false impression; (This is another frequently used tactic of Plaintiffs)
- an inaccurate or untrue statement; falsehood (If I had a dollar for every one of these he stated...)

Has parada involved the united nations yet in his quest to force the FBI to return the gold they took from him?

And when THAT ^ ^ doesn't work, then you know what it means don't you ? It will merely mean that the higher court of the United Nations is ALSO "in on the conspiracy". So when THAT TOO goes nowhere, it will merely be all the more proof of : FABULOUS TREASURE ! :jawdrop:

Heck, we had a knowingly false statement (in other words, a lie) by Plaintiff just a few days ago:
"Ya we have some Major Finds that prove the Dents Run site was a KGC site"

Goes from a confederate payroll to a kgc site.....

Such utter nonsense.
He had to explain how the Lost Civil War "legend", which has been proven to be a fictional short story, went from 50 bars of gold to 9 tons of gold...Just say it was the KGC!

Also, he'll have no actual evidence, as he hasn't even yet established there was any gold. What he'll do is try to prove that the KGC existed or that the KGC was active in PA and then make the quantum leap in logic that they therefore stashed 9 tons of gold at Dents Run. It's how he rolls...

More documented evidence of false statements by Plaintiff:

Here's one for you TomofCA, an intentional and knowingly false statement made by Plaintiff just a few weeks ago:

When it was pointed out to Plaintiff about a month ago on his Facebook page that he lost his motion to compel lead FBI agent Archer to sit for a sworn deposition, he lied and said that he dropped the motion since the FBI produced the pictures.

This is a KNOWINGLY FALSE statement by Plaintiff. Plaintiff did not drop the motion and the judge ruled on their motion, see attached order dated 8/15/22, denying their request to deposition lead agent Archer.

No one was willing to make a tv show with the current story and the location.

I have a feeling this new KGC twist will tie Dents Run somehow to another site where they might actualy be allowed to dig.

Im sure that they have tried to contact many different enties to try and get a tv show produced ....and have heard that they need to be able to dig before any further discussions.

What these guys are up to is pretty easy to figure out....as long as you use a possible TV show as the baseline.

I own some property in Clearfield county....If they can figure out a way to tie their story to my property. For a small fee I will let Kem's imagination run wild while someone films them.

I havent noticed an exact replica of Stonehenge on my property but im sure its there just my untrained eye is not able to spot it.

New-age, if Dennis and Kem don't opt for your Stonehenge yard property, maybe they will consider mine, in Monterey, CA.

Because I have compelling evidence of fabulous treasure there: City government here won't give me a demolition permit to blast holes to insane depths (they must know about the treasure). My neighbor has been acting suspiciously and has squinty eyes. There Is crytogram cypher clues all around (if you let your imagination run wild), etc.....

So I'm *sure* there's a fabulous treasure here. My filming rights fees are very reasonable .

Lots of familiarities in yet another KGC treasure story involving Plaintiff's associate. Another cache of 7 to 9 Tons? Gold, supernatural spirits? Oh, but another cliffhanger where all must wait until the TV production contract is set. But alas, the time spent waiting provides the perfect opportunity for someone to swoop in and steal the treasure out from underneath. Link:

I think what would be more valuable than any gold there would be to find out just HOW and WHY civil war gold was buried deep enough too need a backhoe that size to recover it. ( A Civil War backhoe, now THAT would be a treasure) I don't know the particulars of this story other than reading about it here but again why on earth would anyone bury so much treasure so deep? (Reminds me of an Island fable I've heard of) Even Jesse James was smart enough that he buried a little in many places along trails he would go and I am sure he buried nothing too deep. AND if you knew the routes he took would probably stand a fair better chance of a few silver coins he buried that people didn't know about than this stuff. Trust me if I knew where to go to read the story from the beginning. I would but as I look, it's more to figure out than I care to waste on it. I'll just keep reading it here.
