What is LARP? Cool costumes

It stands for Live Action Role Play its a game where you spend the weekend in full immersion of a fantasy world you "fight" monsters and get treasure. You rescue people and solve puzzles. Theres so much to it. I've been into it for over 8 years now, I met my fiance there and a bunch of really good friends. Most of the costuming I'm actually wearing I made myself. Had my last surgery dec 15th. walking much better now. I got 2 titanium plates and 16 screws as a souvinir. I spent 3 months in a walker. Talk about stir crazy! I bought my 6 yr old daughter a cheapie radio shack detector for christmas. Her biggest thrill is using it to find the plates in my arm and leg! Pics of my truck are here..
