I heard today that NEL is going to put out a coil for the sovereign and the Excalibur. They should be out by the end of the month.

Never ever used a Nel coil, I was thinking of getting a 10x12 sef for the GT and E-Trac, ? I would like to here comments from NEL users , and comparisons howboutit, Earl PS I have herd only ground balancing issues ,on Nel coils ,on the coin shooter section, but maybe I am wrong.

I've been thinking about getting one for my 705. The Excalibur would be nice but I have no idea how I would add it to the machine

Mod Master, could probably do it, but he is now retired ,and only operates on Excals in the off season

Yeah I talked to the NEL guys a few months ago and they said they are going to release the Hunter for the Sovereign but it hadn't been perfected yet (at that stage). Good to hear it'll be ready soon!

If its the newer narrow foot print it could be an interesting coil to have... especially for the Xcal. Even better if Joe get the ability to swap coils.

After watching youtube vids of the 15 inch DD AT Pro coil consistently hitting a nickel at 14 inches in the dry sand I may need one.
Are there targets just a hair deeper in the water than I'm hitting now? There just might be rabbit.

Got about a inch last night and about 4-8 inches on its way Thursday. So far 2014 has been a pain with all the snow. I might just have to deal with it and head out tomorrow. The sharpshooter would be a great coil to have on the Excalibur.
