AT Pro - Civil war clay soil, horrible depth

I live on a civil war site in Fairfax, Va. My soil is dense clay and I’m lucky to get 8” with the stock AT Pro coil. Should I get a new coil for my AT Pro or will something like the equinox 600 be better? (If new coil then which one?) Thanks

    coil design for water use

most people agree that the Equinox 15 x 12 coil is too hard to swing in the water. I wonder why coils could not be designed like a leading edge of a air craft wing, or a slim wedge like on both outer left and right edges to make the coil easier to swing under water. Does this even make sense?

5x8 inch coil for the Equnox

Would be very interested in seeing a 5x8" coil for the Equinox. Most of my targets are in the 4-6" range with average to above average amount of junk. On my AT Pro the 5x8" coil was my go to coil. I wonder why no one is making this coil for the Equinox.

    Equinox 6" coil... Awesome!

I like to get out in the open fields and dig the easy obvious signals just as much as the next guy, but I also enjoy the challenge of sifting through thick iron & trash trying to pick out every last detectable good target. From what I've seen the 6" coil on the Equinox is perfect for this task...

10x12 sef coil for etrac help

I just got my 10x12 sef coil from kellyco. I'm using it on my etrac. And I have to say I'm pretty upset. If its not any worse than my stock pro coil, its exactly the same. Bot have about a 5in air test. I tried it for 4 hour s straight in an area I know to have deep good targets. I was thinking...
