Lions and Tig...Bobcats and Bears, oh my! (My Game Cameras)

People don’t normally associate Coyotes with rain forests, but they’re around. Not the best photos, but the animals are starting to move around more since it’s been warmer lately. It’s been slow for lions and bears. I think the poachers are really starting to do some severe damage to the wildlife population.

I put some chicken skin on the ground. The Bobcats will stop and smell stuff like that, but won’t eat it. The bears will eat it and the lions will just walk past it.

like he says "You definitely know the right areas to place a camera" and you better keep his doors shut at night LOL

boy I like your pix's - thanx

Neat !!!!

I assume it might be eating insects ? I had took a video of a fox a good while back in my yard that looked like it was eating insects.

Also seems like a 2nd camera came into play if I was looking at it right.

I put scraps in front of the cameras, so it was eating roast scraps and bones.

I normally use 2-4 cameras where I set them up.

Okay, that's a good way to try to help ensure they come around the camera !

I have 2 trail cams one out back pointing towards the woods and one on the side of our property pointing towards the woods.

Been a while since I checked them, so likely a lot of video clips to look thru when I get a chance to see if there are any ones I might want to post.

I usually don't keep photos without the animals faces, but some photos work when they're looking away. It's pitch black in the forest, under a full canopy, so it's amazing how they can see in it. It's easy to forget that the cameras make no visible light.

Neat idea having a bone on a string right where the camera is pointed !

It is amazing how animals can see so good in the dark, yep, we do need to remember the infrared light of the camera makes them visible to the camera but how bright the pics look is not what the animal sees.
