Well not like live spiders, but the Spider Farmer grow light. I had one pepper plant that I wanted to bring in and see if I might get a few good habaneros off of it before I have to throw it out. This light is extremely bright so hopefully the plant will rally and give up some peppers. Besides, where the light is, is where we start next years plants. Footprint is 12"X12" and depending on where you have it adjusted it has a 3'X3' effective spread. Spider Farmer.jpgSpider Farmer1.jpgSpider Farmer2.jpg

The Queen has a two shelf set up with standard 2 4' fluorescent grow lights in the Royal Dungeon. In early January she starts her tomato, pepper and other veggies, and in the summer she starts an entire bed of leaf lettuce with this set up...on auto timer, and comes on about 6 am and goes off around 11 pm. Works well! Good luck on your pepper light!

There is already some new growth starting to show. I have a bunch of peppers on it, all yellow, but the size of a pea,:foottap::frustrated:

Enjoy your pepper plant! Hopefully it will give a bountiful yield. I brought some of my annuals inside to try and winter them this year... I'm hoping it will save us the expense of purchasing extra in the spring. We'll see! 🤷‍♀️ 🌸🪴🌷

That’s neat! I have a few tomatoes, pumpkin plants growing inside.
Yum! Even aside from their tastiness, I especially love the fresh aroma of homegrown tomatoes.

Very nice! Indoor growing has its challenges compared to outside. Maintaining microbial life in the soil and keeping nutrients for them to break down is a bit more difficult inside. But the advantage inside is being able to more easily control climate and light. Good luck!

When I was growing "lettuce" I had 2 tents full of those lights. Just about the best you can buy. If you get down this way, I can make you a great deal on the lights. And free lettuce. HAHA

I have me a nice little climate controlled room, I went full nerd on it 🤓

I would like to see some pics of that sometime.
Yeah I don't wanna post here, but we can figure it out. Technology for this stuff has come so far and dropped in price so much. Pretty much for like 500$ you can get a controller and exhaust fan combo with carbon filter that can take 3 or 4 outputs for fans, humidifiers, heaters and so on. Just make yourself a filtered air intake and seal the door and boom you got pro level control that you can check and control from your phone anywhere in the world lol
