I know a few years back, there was a flood of spam members. Have those been ever successfully eliminated?

Tom, I wouldn't exactly say "a flood", but enough that we switched to manual registration approval. Basically, Craig and I look at each registration request, research the prospect and based on our evaluation, we either approve or reject. Won't go into the exact details of what we research so as not to forewarn a prospective spammer, but I dare say that it has been very effective in curbing spammers and scammers.
I honestly have never scrolled down that far before... Thanks for all of your hard work.
As Rudy has said.. We have a thread where we list and save details of the spammers and scammers we have banned its in th thousands since we started manually registering each member request... its a lot of work and time consuming, we do it on a daily basis... when is the last time a spammer has broken through? We also look out for past trolls we have banned...
