Thank you Chelsea for your kind words. Got pretty lucky on the first and only permission to start the year so I am feeling very blessed. (Got what looks to be another that really looks promising. A 1870's church property.) Getting ten Silvers from any site is not common for sure and there may still be more. The park hunt was a spur of the moment after thought and only occurred because the detector was in the truck as I passed by seeing the parking area was clear of vehicles. As far as life, well hectic would be a understatement. Having family issues along with prep work for the gardens and taking on a part time job plus taking some classes have all but absorbed my time. But the health and spirit is still in order so hoping that these other issues ease off a bit and I can get back to my detecting plan that I have not even started yet. TrapperNice going, Trapper... two successful, enjoyable hunts in the same day! You doubled your silver count, found quite a number of wheats, and came away with a good amount of clad, too.
Aside from detecting, how are you doing these days, friend?
