Calabash is back!

The guy outright admitted on video that he paid $1,000 to buy 8000 fake Youtube subscribers. It's very clear what his motivations are, and he knows manufactured controversy and drama gets him more subs (which is why he is constantly engaged in some drama with some detector manufacturer). He has several times in his videos lamented that other channels have more subs than him. His motivations are clear.

I dont know how he can claim to be unbiased when he is willing to do such 'hoodoo voodoo'. Considering people view subscriber count as a means of 'legitimacy', everybody who visits his channel is immediately presented with a deception. Any company who sends him a free product for his channel is doing so under a false pretense that he has a larger audience than he does. Doesn't exactly present as unbiased, if you ask me.

I think the issue is that his videos where he actually detects don't produce as anywhere near as many views / subs as his videos where he stirs up drama. Its much harder to actually find stuff with the detector and create compelling videos, than it is to just endlessly sweep over nail board tests in your backyard and foment detector wars.

I have a 3 Score coming today and have been watching a detectorist on utube go over in detail each setting on the Triple. Wish I could remember his name but anyway I was impressed with the detail and clarity of his presentation. No yelling, pointing, jumping around, wearing odd clothes. He just made it very clear. He, to me, is very good.

Is his first name quarter and last name rhymes with order? He is a good dude!

Not exactly. The problem is weeding through the garbage to find a gem. Who wants to do that with videos when the man is poisoned ? You can't trust him just like you can't trust a cheating wife. There's 1 clown show here in So.Cal where his subscriber count jumped 15k overnight. Absolutely pathetic. These people are delusional in that their road to riches is becoming a YT star or social media influencer instead of good old fashioned hard work.

If I had as many people from different backgrounds, geographic locations ,etc ,,all saying the same thing on multiple sites, YouTube videos,etc,,,,,,Id hafto take a hard look at myself and think am I wrong or is it everyone else from all over the world that is wrong? Either Calabash hasn’t addressed that question or he thinks he’s right and everyone else is wrong. Honestly, who cares right.
