BEWARE of seller BluegrassJames

I'm not 100% sure, but I think to be prosecuted under the Stolen Valor Act you have to be claiming to have a serious medal(MOH, silver star, purple heart etc) and trying to make financial gain from it??

That's the majority of the law, you are correct. It could be loosely attributed to someone in this type of situation as well.

Also, omit the "relationship/romance" part of this PSA in the following link. http://www.cid.army.mil/romance_scam.html

Is this guy in jail yet?

If he gets locked up, he'll be out in an hour. Our criminal prosecution is a joke:no: Wish we had something in place like when they were trying to recruit us to do some pipe fitting over seas. Guy was looking for people to stay for two years and make some big bucks. Then he went into details about if you were caught stealing over there, they'd cut your hands off. Question was asked, "What if they got the wrong person?" His answer was " I guess you'll just be walking around without hands?" He left without any volunteers to go overseas:laughing:

THIS GUY IS IN JAIL!!!!! Finally.

Check it out:

Click on his name for the charges and mugshot.

Hope they keep in there a long long time.

Nice! Hopefully this will serve as a warning to others who hope to scam people out of money and detectors on the various forums. Good job to everyone who persisted in sending him where he belongs.

LOL Nice work!!

It looks like they even fixed his face a little, not enough IMO....

I wonder if any of his charges are related to internet fraud. Those look like charges for physical burglaries to me, and nothing to do with ripping people off on the 'net.

It's OK to vent and be glad this guy is going to be brought to justice, but please keep the posts within Forum guidelines.

Everyone on here who was scammed by this guy should contact the DA of that county and see if additional charges can be brought against him!

Yeah looks like all the charges are from a spree of break-ins.
