I found this about 7 years ago and have absolutely no idea what it is. Ideas?

My guess is Irish halfpenny from the the 1700s.

Examples:

Could also be a counterfeit "evasion" halfpenny

Or could be an early 1800s Irish penny:

You should be able to tell if it is a halfpenny or a penny by the diameter. The webpages I linked give the diameters.

Looking like a half penny to me. Great find. I love the custom stamps, gives it a unique one-of-a-kind flavor.
