Trade point? Central Massachusetts

I dug this 10-12 inches down in a field next to a 1700s house. No nearby signals. It's quite thin and appears to be copper. Could it be a Native American trade point / kettle point?

I think it's a definite possibility, and in great shape! I've been hunting central MA for a decade, still looking for my first. Congrats!

Back is identical. Completely flat, no markings of any kind.

I say yes. I have found a good amount of trade copper and one copper arrowhead. The patina, the thinness, and the shape all look right.

Could be but l don't see any way it was attached to the shaft.
