That is unbelievable! :mad: I also thought that you were just joking around at first. I don't know how you can declare an entire state a national historic site? So...is the entire State of Tennessee going to be listed on The National Register of Historic Places? :?: What does the law say about privately owned land? I would really like to see exactly what this new law says.
 
What,s even worse, the state also banned all football cheerleaders, both high school and college. They are trying to prevent grazing at the 50 yard line.................................I agree this Law seems archaic. Almost unenforceable to the extent the courts would be filled. Almost sounds like skullduggery afoot, somehow.....................

Nice hunt!!! However, you may want to quit posting your illegal finds...the MD Police have computers too. It is a simple matter to track your IP address (68.59.197.78) to your home.

Your potential prison sentence may be tied directly with the number of Merc dimes that you've removed from your newly named Historic State. The pictures you present as evidence for the contest may well be used as evidence in your Federal trial.

I understand your concern for me ;) , however I am a law breaker and heart taker. Oh and yesterday while defying the law found another ring :p
 
Got out for some "illegal" MDing here in TN. this past week
pulltabs = 15, dimes = 9, pennies = 21, nickels = 3, quarter = 12, ear ring = 1, leaf brooch = 1, wheaties = 2
total 45 points
plus Ninjas 5.85 on 10/19 and his 45.3 on 10/25gives us grand total 1026.8

Here are my finds for the last 2 weeks. Been busy last 2 weeks at work and kid activities and not had time to post them.
62 pennies + 4 nickels + 7 dimes + 15 pulltabs = 89 x .25 = 22.25
2 wheats x 15 = 30
