Silver?

So I'm finding a lot of wheat pennies in the place I hunt but only one silver dime 1949. Oldest pennies are 1915 and 1929, should there be more silver? I haven't covered the whole place yet.. Thanks

There usually is more pennies than any other coin , more people had them and more lost them. There may be some more silver there but you just never know until you find it.

To find silver you need unhunted land otherwise you have to work overtime
to get a few silvers.

Usually hunting new spots as soon as find a coin in the silver year era, then concentrate in that area.Without clear history of new spots I find that very helpfull
and usually works to dig up a few silver coins.

Thanks! I think this I unhunted land... I find so much trash and old tootsie toy cars I live on ft Lewis and it's in my back yard there's like 200 sq yds to search and I've only gone 50 ft from my house. So I hope to find more
