Just dug this bucket list Indian Head Penny last weekend, the first year!! Found it in a field I've beaten to death and gridded eight ways come Sunday doing a ring recovery, a half inch to an inch down no less.

Eight in one field, dang that's 3/4 my total. Maybe I should change my mindset from only old houses and country churches, but I'm no good at research. Congratulations.

The field in which these were found used to be part of an Old Town. It had six buildings on this field at one time. I found this spot this past winter while I was doing map overlays.
