Here's the 6 I found in my 3 years of detecting. Middle top one I tried cleaning, to far gone and came out like junk, tried the olive oil soak (roughly 3 months) and toothpick and it didn't do much of anything, then took 00 steel wool to it and tossed it in the tumbler after that, expected as much but wanted to at least try.. Left I rest pretty much alone beside washing the dirt off. Last one I just dug this past weekend in the woods.

As requested. Here are the 7 I found from a purse drop today. Wish I had taken a picture of them in the hole but, they were all stacked up on top of each other. After a second look, the one marked 188? is 1889 and the one marked 18?? is 1893 after the crust came off.
