Noobie looking for a buddy in the Philadelphia PA area. I work really varied hours, but prefer hunting in the morning if possible. I am having trouble finding ANY legal search areas in Philly, so I hope to find a buddy with some permissions to detect. I would also like to join a club as long as i don’t have to drive too far. Hey folks! Philly-based guy here, too. I'm also kinda new to it and have been going to Delaware and Jersey beaches. Would really love to find somewhere more local (Philly/Trenton/etc) to go detecting -- Philadelphia laws seem to rule out anywhere interesting, but parts of NJ seem more lax?

Ok, and : 1) that is only for city parks. Not county, state, federal, private, etc... Eh ? 2) I have a sneaking suspicion how that got there in that city's minutia. Care to take a guess ?
