Hey everyone,

Just got started with the hobby and have caught the bug already. I've only been out a few times due to the weather, but as it warms up I'll definitely be out a lot more and it would be great to find other metal detectorists in the area to hunt with and possibly form a club/group to better share our finds, discuss sites, request permissions... etc.

Hi from the ALT area. I hear that they have a little golf tournament around those parts every year. You might want to check any public land, curb strips around there. Drunk rich folks drop stuff.
