Hey guys, not too much to post this week, but I still had a decent few hunts. Monday my buddy and I spent most of our hunt bottle digging and we found some good ones. But I still managed to find a spill of a 1944 Washington, two Mercs, 1937 and 1940, an old 1940's Jefferson nickel, and I believe four wheats. It was right on the side of a tree. That goes to show you no matter how hard we hit this woods, sometimes there are tight areas like around trees that can be missed. I also found a rouge 1890 IH penny at this 1930's woods. And then I was able to get out two more times at a pounded park and found everything else you see, including an old 1800's Queen Victoria Canadian quarter. The weather was pretty tough on both of my hunts at the park. Very humid and very hot, with the sun blazing on me, and the mosquitoes swarming and biting. But we will probably need to start looking at other sites soon, cause these ones are drying up pretty good. Hopefully we have the time and the good weather to do it. Thanks for looking, stay cool, and HH Everyone!
