I am not sure what is going on but I am having really good luck lately. I had a few hours to kill this afternoon and it was raining so I went to the beach the woods would have been miserable. My first dig was a pull tab and my second was this ring

Way to go! Gotten them on the first or second hole of the day. And the last hole of the day. Always better to get them out of the way early.

I've found gold on the first hole with the CTX, Nox and Excal. So slow right now I'm thinking the Manti is gonna get it's turn. Since the first target on my beaches may take you an hour to find. And that's a pull tab. Had three hunts in a row where I got less than 10 cents. I'm talking a nickel and a zinc penny or two.

Now that's bad. Go to the busiest beach first light Monday morning and work the towel line in hopes of finding a fresh? I don't know what to say.....that's a sad report Larry.
