Thanks everyone for the kind words and anyone that donated! I am in rehab and will be discharged Jan 21st! Can't wait the therapist say I'm progressing so fast.. I can now walk with a Hemmy walker and a cane. I walked 75 feet alone today, no walker or anyone's help. I am pushing hard!

Thanks everyone. I have been home now for a little over a month and doing great I have full control of my left side and walking alone most of the time. I do carry a cane just in case. I am doing Outpatient Therapy twice a week which is helping a lot. I will just continue to work harder and push for getting back to normal as quick as possible. Hoping to get out detecting next week maybe. I miss it!

Great news JB. Keep up the therapy. My neighbor had a full stroke much like yours and after about five months of therapy he appears to be 100% back.

Congrats on the recovery progress ! That first hunt back after recovery should feel extra special regardless of what you find !
