Read on another forum that Kellyco said something about a "bug" of some kind??? Maybe someone should call them tomorrow and ask what type of "bug". All I know is there no delivering this week!! The way they were talking probably not till April!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just read on the Minelab Equinox Users Facebook Group that one of its Australian members is receiving his Equinox today.He has been tracking the post & it's now waiting for him when he gets home .. his partner even sent him a photo of the package.

I sold my Excal2 in order to buy. I'm seriously considering canning the Equinox and buying another Excal. The main reason I sold the Excal was the lighter weight. But if I get aggravated enough, I can see myself making the switch back. I'm in the same boat, no machine sucks.

Not sure how close you are to where I live (No. Reading) Beachscanner but I have a Sand Shark I would loan you until Equinox arrives, It would get you out there anyway.

I was hearing that they were getting close to being shipped out soon, so I called and asked a forum sponser about getting on the "pre order" bandwagon, they politely told me in so many words...."don't call us, we'll call you".

My understanding of the situation - the demand is so strong and the means to fill the demand is so weak, it could be months before I could get my hands on one. (NOTE: these are my thoughts not the forum sponsers words)

My birthday is in June...until then it's time to get to know my Deus a bit better.

Sooooooo you think ML ...JUST told Malaysia they were making a new detector? I mean..... ok the software just got done.... but the machines should be ready to load and ship..... or did i miss how this works? How would you like to be a dealer with 1000 of these puppies on pre-order? Id just take my phone off the hook....... i mean since its announcement its not rang much anyway for other detectors. Must be a ton of Email and phone call questions. Sounds like the kids in the back seat....... is it here yet ... is it here yet.
