Eagle button Id help

Hello fine folks .
I dug this eagle button
Im a bit thrown off by the back mark
In a upper banner it says UNITED and the lower banner its says STATES .
Theres a total of 6 stars 3 on each side .
The button is concave solid shank

Its backmark is also on the 1820-1830's Great Coat buttons, but has to be a rare backmark for this button. Could be a 1830's Eagle "I" 2 piece made by Robinson's button company, there's a claim they used that backmark in place of their company name.
