My Deus 2 feedback and commentary, comparison videos, videos, pics

David, you've chosen to follow the trail that XP-Calabash blazed. We all know what he's all about. Why do you insist? The entire band of Calabash minions have on numerous occasions been outed as well as debunked yet you persevere.
Why?
It's not an issue of Nox, Deus, or Legend at all. Has not been for months. For me it's the aggravation of so much !!!!!!!! being tossed about because of a banned member not being allowed to have his way, a manchild.

This subforum is all about detectors.
You don’t get to say what I post. Sorry.
I never mentioned CD here, you did.
He’s living free inside your head it seems.
Glad you are following though.
I have posted detector comparisons here before.
Bye.

Folks, this is a comparison video between two multi-frequency machines with 11” coils. Plain and simple. I have owned and used an equinox from the release, however it seems the Deus II is outperforming the equinox in many circumstances. TNsharpshooter is just showing this in various tests. Thanks, brother.

As it should, it is double the price. I actually think the 2 machines you mentioned are alot closer than many are portraying it to be. The next couple years should be very interesting with new releases. I'll hold off until minelab drops their next release. If it's something I'm not interested in, I might go with the D2. By then I should be able to pick one up for less than a mortgage payment

Deus 2 doesn’t cost double the Equinox 800.
Go look at current prices of Equinox 800. They went up.
Go to stop all this fuzzy math.

Coming later today.
Test involving US nickel and foil.
Comparing etrac, Equinox 800 and Deus 2.
Not much talk about masked nickels.
And some folks try to cherry pick with Eqx, and Etrac for nickels.
We’ll see how they compare.
Equinox users may benefit as well as new Etrac users.

 Did I say the 800? Nope I did not. My opinion doesnt coincide with yours, it's ok. The D2 costs several hundred dollars more, that's better...

Yeah.
You quoted the gent above.
Then said what you did.
Now you’re trying to get off on a technicality for your lack of math skills.
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Fascinating ain’t it.
Math. I am good at it.
It’s one thing that one really can’t give an opinion of.
2+2=4 all day long.

You know what I have learned in life?
All the supposed spin doctors and wantabe debate Queens and Kings. I have discovered they all stink at math.

Yeah.

Being good at math appears to result in someone needing help tying shoes. I know someone who aced college at GT. Finds a light switch complicated.

Sounds like that person should have taken light switch 101 class.:laughing:

Actually you missed the point.
Watching any tv lately?
Notice the math doesn’t lie. Yet these people ‘we’ll call them’ are trying to spin.
Won’t work. You watch .

Actually your approach at trying to call everyone who doesn't agree with you a dumass is what gets you in trouble.

Steve Herschbach made the comment that testing detectors is a new category of detecting. Some people relic hunt, some beach hunt, some are coin shooters, and then a few are just detector testers. tnsharpshooter must test way more than he actually hunts.

If that DII is so all fired good where are all of Calabash's DII finds? Where are all of Tnsharpshooters DII finds? I guarantee you I got a buddy who has found more silver with the DII than both of them put together.

All that really needs to be said about the DII has done been said. If a person wants to post finds made with the DII and what program they used that's great and better than contrived test that don't even involve dirt.

I'm not trying to get off on anything, it is darn close to double the price of an equinox. Nothing technical about it really, very simple. I see CD's lab coat is wearing off on you  now your both engineers, with degrees in calculus :laughing: and I quoted the gent above (and not you) for a reason

I did some live tests on the beach today. Salt water. Beach settings will block out a lot of iron and not allow you to change that fact. Someone who runs the Nox on horseshoe like i do knows you can figure out more iron you don't want to dig by the sounds. Deus II just goes quiet on a lot of iron in beach. Wasn't as impressed with it again today in any beach settings as i was in the gold field program i installed. Now that was a different matter. Plus i was testing it at a high EMI beach. Air tests in a yard i don't waste time watching.

The D2 beach sensitive mode was supposed to fill coffee cans with small gold.
Where's the BEEF?

Any beach hunters with the D2 even have a thimble full?

I found such a small piece of gold this year with my Equinox, I wonder if a D2 would if even heard it?
