One of my childhood favorites and a bright spot for many dismal Braves seasons here in Atlanta. Affectionately nicknamed “Knucksie” master of the Knuckle ball. He was 81; can we flush 2020 yet?!

RIP. I was a big baseball fan back in the late 70s/early 80s, mainly of the Phillies - but they played Atlanta often enough that I know I saw him pitch. I even went down to the basement and was immediately able to find this little gem from my old collection:
