Well after ten and a half years of metal detecting, i reached one of my goals. Two hundred dollars in face value in silver coins. Included in that $200.00 is five silver dollars, and one rare 1897 half dollar. Now I can give my first two grandkids a hundred dollars each in silver that grandpa found with his metal detector. Also I got them metal detectors, cut the shafts to fix small kids, that are old detectors but never used, so incessantly brand new. They live five minutes from the beach.
