Two weeks late.

Three weeks ago a friend and I did a little scouting. I found a old farm foundation. I didn’t have time to hunt it. Just found it and moved on. I’ve been busy and haven’t been back until today. This site is rather remote. So when I got there and saw dig holes I was surprised. They where only digging high tones because there where a lot of mid tones to dig. They did miss somethings. I found a bell, two small flat buttons, Kg3 and a silver Washington. I had fun but I was a little disappointed.

Wait a minute! You found a KG, silver quarter and a crotal bell and you are disappointed! I would be ecstatic to find what you did. Well done my friend, well done indeed.

Nothing to be disappointed with in those digs Andy. Only the idea of somebody getting there a bit before you. Still you got to be happy with your great digs. Congrats on the Silver, the old Copper and some great relics. Sounds like that site needs a return trip. Trapper

Some nice finds there MDM. Congrats on the GW, KG, buttons and the cool bell. Not a bad day at all. Sounds possibly like maybe your buddy decided not to wait. Did you ask him ? In my mind there are rules when it comes to MD'ing that should be abided by. Good luck on your return. Mark

Tom has been following you on your scouting trips and then went back under the cover of darkness and dug up all your large cents. That's what I believe. Nice bell.
