The first 2023 arrivals!

5 fine looking 64 Kens were waiting at the Royal Gate when KT's Royal Guards changed shifts this morning. KT ushered them into the Castle and took great interest in their various stories of the travels that were made to arrive at the Castle. KT fed them lunch, and since they were weary from their journeys, He sent them off for an afternoon nap! KT has plans for these 5, to have the older guards train them, and have them be the night shift guarding the Castles from the various night dwellers in the local community. Each will be given a pistol with 3 rounds of ammo and should they see anything suspicious, they are to fire off one shot. If they actually see people, to fire off two rounds, and keep one for protection and if they are accosted to use the 3rd round on the trespasser!

Not only will this arouse the regular guards, but upon the discard of 3 rounds, all but the interior guards are to merge on the sounds of the shots!

I probably need to work on cutting down on the brews before reading a KT post, but those are some mighty fine looking halves there KT. Not as nice looking as the new car port, but close! I think your castle has a LOT of guards now…. Bravo!

Royal Thanks, GroundSweeper! Seem to be needing more every day around here as society becomes more like the olde wild west every time KT hears the local news! Community north of the Castle had a record killing rate last year of 87, even worse than when the gangs were first coming in in the 1990s. Now even some local retired gang members are having local meetings to try and figure out how to stop the violence! It is not about gangs now because drug problems have just gone out of control.

KT's advice.....stay out of central, southwest and east Little Rock after dark! Even the small community just north of the Castle called Shannon Hills has a new section of town called Emerald Mountain, and the city police are busting drug houses every week in that area! One of KT's friends is a policeman in that community. He is in charge of their property and evidence room and 4 times a year he has to have State Police escort to take all the drugs to an incinerator and twice a year take all the confiscated guns from the drug dealers to a foundery to melt them all down. Crazy!
