His latest from his FB page,..........
We can sum all this up in a single word : Cliffhangers
Oh my oh my oh my, we can hardly wait !
His latest from his FB page,..........
To be the Devils' advocate :
You say : ".... He states the Army Did an investigation in 1941 but there is no evidence of that........"
How do you know that that ^ ^ wasn't simply the Army doing a white-wash redaction conspiracy ?
.........
But the one place this claim of Skulley's is found, is in the story itself! He's doing what all these treasure hunters are doing: Treating a fictional short story as evidence.
I agree with GoDeep. Tom and I are friends back from the other website, and we exchange interesting comments. It is time to move on until Dennis and his group win their lawsuit which is never.Mod, could you delete this very post, somehow I posted nothing in it.
He didn't lose, he won his case, which was to get the FBI file.Dennis always had an uphill fight and he lost.
No he wasn't, he had nothing to lose at that point. He had been trespassed from the site and didn't want to pay the 5000 dollar bond to dig there.Dennis is a fool talking to the FBI and the state.
He did hire one of the best FOI attorneys in the country and she won the case for him.He should hire the best attorney that he can afford to fight his battles.
No, not just in their minds, in reality the actual facts back up that the Lost Gold Ingot Treasure was a fictional short story, with no basis in fact and that there was never any gold buried at Dents Run.In the minds of experts, the stories are untrue.
In the minds of most who know the facts, Dennis is known to be untruthful and more a con-man than a legit treasure hunter. In the minds of most members, Dennis is more of a storyteller, than a real treasure hunter.
....... this incredibly important detail they conveniently overlook at the end of the story:..........
3, Our TV deal is still in the works .
Totally agree! He wants an Oak Island type show or the short lived Adak Gold or some other BS TV "reality" show! This is all it was ever about. Guy wants a TV show to prove he's a famous treasure hunter. Some people can't accept the fact that they're a nobody and will never amount to anything.

With all due respect, I don't think the Plaintiff needs any advocate in this thread. He is more than welcome to come in here and present evidence, if such exists, that can prove gold, silver or anything related to the fictional story was removed from Dents Run by the Investigators.Ok, to be the "devils advocate
As a resident tax payer in PA, I wish that were the case but we do know for a reported fact that they are working in some capacity with the DCNR at this alleged "new" site. Apparently DCNR did not forget but is taking a different approach that affords a little less leeway by posting an observer on site to oversee Plaintiff's activities at this site they call "Copperhead Central".I doubt PADCNR has forgotten what happened the last time they afforded this group some leeway.
So "Copperhead Central" is Parada's next "Dent's Run"? Tell us more!As a resident tax payer in PA, I wish that were the case but we do know for a reported fact that they are working in some capacity with the DCNR at this alleged "new" site. The Atlantic article of 2022 reported that a DCNR District Forester was on site "watching and taking photographs, to ensure that the activity conforms to approved activities". These "approved activities" were apparently ongoing as recently as the Summer of 2021, when the Atlantic writer visited the site. The article goes on to say that the Finders Keepers crew even convinced the District Forester to try the dowsing rods. As always, the story ends with things "just out of reach" as they are reportedly awaiting permits to have that site excavated.
There are strict rules for archeological digging and I doubt that FK is willing to play by the PASS site rules. Their MO appears to include asking around for the help of Archeologists and understudies to investigate these "history changing" sites, thereby having them jump through all the hoops. I'm investigating how to obtain access to records of any such permits for this activity, past and present.no way do they ever agree to let these guys attempt to dig something up on state property.
