Well.... I went out there today because the telephone number didn't work... So I pull up to the place, and no cars there... I knocked and got no answer, then I heard someone yell from down the lane... I asked if it was a good day to detect and she said no.... She would not be able to be up at the house because she was watching her mom with alzheimers and she'd prefer I did it another time... maybe a couple of weeks. I told her I'm going to Florida in two weeks for two weeks and I'll stop back after my vacation... But, Good News for those following this thread... I snapped a few pics of the place before I left! Here it is, the old carriage house would have stood to he right of the main house. The newer section on the left side of the house was added in the 50's.

Is that an old road entrance into the woods between the house and the thing covered by the tarp??

It might be a road that travels along the hillside, I haven't walked up by there yet, so it's hard to say... don't know what is under the tarp...I'd guess firewood maybe.
