So we are just sitting around, me up on the roof my son down in the truck and the electricians sitting in their trucks. Why you might ask. Well, the customer who has been screaming for a week and a half about their AC being out. Decided they don’t have to get up early to unlock the door so the electricians can tie in the new powerlines. funny how that works, they call the building owner tell him have the guys work through the weekend. We need the AC. But when we ask them to show up at six or seven or even eight, they say I can’t show up early to let you guys in. they are getting two complete new rooftop big systems and not paying anything, do you think they would be grateful. Most times long-term tenants would have to replace the equipment themselves. This time the billing owner is doing it.
